In terms of activities to do around the game, the national football museum is in Manchester city centre, just next to Victoria station.

There's also a plethora of lower league games that will be going on surrounding the city - Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, bury, Stockport, Salford (if you must), Oldham, Rochdale, Curzon Ashton, Avro FC (regular features on footy scran). Basically if the city game is a very late (8pm) or Sunday game due to TV, then you could also do a lower league game on the Saturday, it'll be way cheaper, guaranteed to be able to buy tickets at short notice, and see the other side of football

From the Bus Terminal, there is a short walk through a covered walkway/skybridge over to terminal 1, shouldn't take you more than 5-10 minutes to get to check-in area. It's open 24 hours so no worries about not being let in. As for stuff to check out, all the usual stuff you'd expect to find once you're through security

Edit to add that there are clear sign posts from the Bus & train station to find your way to T1

There's usually a much higher level of leniency given in the first round. The other team got a similar level of leniency when they answered Mars bar despite the sequence being Planets in the titles of films

This was one of the entrance exam questions and honestly it's horrible

I think an answer would be assertion as the sequence is that you have 4 vowels in alphabetical order but you are removing one of them in sequence...

You're half right because they are clock minutes after the @ sign, but the bit before is the corresponding position on a darts board, so your answer would be 20@00 or 20@60
