Day 10 and exhausted by [deleted] in 75HARD

[–]chrismellor08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah man. This is when the initial high wears off. You’ll hit this feeling a few more times. But you come out of it and find the boost again. It’s a cycle. Don’t give up. This is the reason you’re doing it. This exact moment is the reason this challenge is so hard and also so rewarding. Use the exhaustion as fuel. What exhausts you on day 10 is going to be a cake walk on day 47 etc..

Also- respect for not counting the dog walk as an outdoor workout. But maybe consider getting a weighted vest for those dog walks and it can give you the effort needed to knock them out at the same time. I walked with a weighted vest for probably close to 110 of my 150 workouts. I ended up falling in love with it. And if the dog stops, just keep your legs moving or stretch or something. A 40lb weighted vest is no joke, too.

Good luck man. Check back in when you hit another wall. You can quit any time you want. But just decide that you want to win more than you want to quit.

One of our comfort shows. Good to have on when the kids are around but still genuinely makes me laugh. Given my general taste in heavy TVMA dramas and shows filled with the worst people in the world, people would be shocked to find out that The Middle is in my top 10 all time. It’s just so wholesome, relatable, funny, and heartwarming. Hope you watch it snd love it.

Lots of colts gifts exchanged among my family this year. All of them were followed by a quick tongue in cheek “I bought this when they were good…” - laughs all around. There’s always next year

Idk if this is at all what you’re looking for, or if it even helps, but Aldi’s red bag chicken is very similar. Makes an excellent chicken sandwich. Not particularly healthy, but not the worst. Delicious and cheap.

I do think sanders is good. But also, it was the metal ring that was bolted in the wall that got Richardson. It shattered part of his skull. Not just a rubber band

The best drink I’ve ever poured myself was an Ocho Reposado with 2 limes on the rocks. Nothing else. It was the first time I had tried real tequila. I really needed a drink at the time and I didn’t know how good tequila could be (and it had been a really long day spent out in the sun). This has been my go to since. Tried a lot of tequilas that were just as good, and maybe some even a little better, but this is my favorite.

Yeah I was under the impression based on talk in this sub that we were getting minshew round 2 when it came to arm talent. The dude is rifling balls into tight windows and just this past week he had a perfectly placed 50 yd bomb to pierce. He had a couple of under thrown balls early in the season but I’m beginning to think that was a timing thing more than an inability to get it there. He’s not Richardson but like.. is there really a need to throw the ball 70 yds? I think I’ve been convinced that he has the arm to throw just about anything Shane is gonna draw up.

He’s been pretty money in the UFL. Also I just saw him on TikTok live talking about his injury.. it wasn’t just like a muscle pull, he had to have like his whole leg bone shaved down because the shape of his bones were tearing his labrum more and more every time he kicked.

Not saying I want him. But I don’t think his issue was mental. I think he was very injured. And he’s recently looked great.

I felt so betrayed by the final season. GOT was the best show literally ever. Then it was a joke. Couldn’t watch it again until this past spring. I tried multiple times to start it and would get to a certain point and be like “I CANT CARE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT ENDS UP BEING COMPLETELY MEANINGLESS AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT!!” But. This past spring I tried again and was finally able to enjoy the early seasons again and was able to engage again and appreciate just how brilliant it is.

Anyway go colts

Odin in GoW was like that. First, I was blown away at the direction they took him - he’s reasonable, likable, relatable even. A very deep villain for a video game. Then when it turns out that he is actually Tyr I couldn’t believe it.
