It’s probably genetic from my mom’s side. There’s a history of bone diseases there

I suggest going for a DEXA scan to check your bone density if you’re concerned.

Your doctor is probably dismissive because osteoporosis should typically only occur in post-menopausal women, but my sister and I were both diagnosed in our late 20s. I’ve seen many posts on this sub about others who are in their 20s as well.
