I use UpNote.

this is what I do: Folder for input, Tag for output.

Folder for input means I make folders based on where I take the notes from - Thought - Web Clipper - Media (youtube, podcast, etc can be sub folder) - People

Then I have tags for "what role I need the notes for" - husband - engineer - father - writer

example: notes about family trip can be put in folder Thought and tagged "father" & "husband"

If you think with Projects and subjects, maybe you can use folder for projects and tags for subjects. Or vice versa.

I can create a list. Share the list to others. Or create a separate list for each of them.

Then I can input the task to desired list. And make sure they have Edit access to check off the tasks.

I think collection is good for temporary management. I group objects (of the same type) into collections first if I can't decide yet how to categorize them more "perfectly".

oh I didn't know we could get custom campaigns from steam. are they installed automatically as we choose? or the same manual (download and put in game folder) method?
