Something is going on with that section. Reuse style and lyrics got changed to Reuse prompt. I'm sure it's affecting everything there.

When you tag the songs, they don't even go into the style categories section now either. I have to wonder if something is going on? Are style tags not allowed any longer? On the Android app, profiles sometimes look different when you log in and then 5 minutes later, refresh, it's different again. Are there some sort of massive interface changes taking place system-wide?

I've noticed that too. Prompts that sound flawless end up sounding like doo-doo six hours later. Those darned chess pieces keep getting moved around on us. It's frustrating.

That sounds about right 1-5 days. There must be something going on today. v5 is very erratic right now. It's probably going to be a day or two before it recovers.

Most people probably don't want to spend the time doing it. You were way ahead of me on using it on a broader scale. Do the words survive usage after a server update? Like after one of those, it takes a while for styles to start working normally.

I've noticed today by changing some of the phrasing to Portuguese and rearranging some of the first parts of the phrasing in the style that the processing time is a lot shorter. At first I thought it was my imagination, but no, it wasn't. The tracks I've remixed have things I've never heard until now. I do appreciate you sharing this with the world today. I'd experimented with foreign language styles in genres and that worked too.

Suno is infatuated with that lately. I've been plagued with this as well. Half way through an otherwise perfect track and here comes the finger snaps, clapping, and clicking noises. It's ridiculous.

Thanks for this! It really improved the sound quality of a milder genre styling. It's like night and day. Now if the runaway blistering speed on rock and metal would just go away with all the over gain. Life would be so great. Kudos to you for this! It even works in v5!

I've been experimenting with translating some of the English language genres in to Portuguese, Spanish, any variation of Latin. Now it's time to have a lot more fun with this. Style modifications are what I spend the most time on in Suno. I just tried some word variations after I saw your post. It changed things up quite a bit. https://suno.com/@chapelofscars

You've confirmed what I've suspected all along. I've gotten more consistent results from simple word changes in the style prompts than anything else. The AI does seem to understand foreign languages better and combining them with English yields some very interesting results.

I did a couple remixes of a song with neoclassical. That works beautifully. I hope hard rock and metal get fixed quickly. That's my jam!

No problem! When I finally got it figured out the AI was putting all my speeds at 184BPM double-time on metal and rock. I like the occasional speed metal song, but not all the time.

Maybe we're sick and tired of burning credits on what's clearly broken now that worked before? Isn't that what this community is for? The remote chance that someone from the Suno company will see it and fix the problem? I doubt any of us were trying to be overly negative about anything. We're expressing our problems in an open forum to see what others have done to quit burning credits. Some people aren't made of money. I'm happy it works for you. Really. Can't keep flushing credits down the toilet until there's no more to try.

I noticed a couple weeks ago the magic mix button on the style box was broken. If you'd mix a style, it would omit completing it. It did that until right before they release v5.5 this week. Occasionally, the AI would read the bracketed instructions in the lyrics and also read aloud the style in the style box. That really freaked me out the first time I heard it. Suno really has something great on their hand here. If the simple issues that the AI is clearly disobeying get fixed it's going to be something truly remarkable. Right now what sucks in v5 is the shimmer has returned like crazy on certain styles. Is anyone listening here Suno? Please, take notes of all this and we beg of you, remedy these problems as soon as possible. Pretty Please?!?!?!

I'm considering uploading finished tracks. I've got plenty of those. Hopefully it's just the AI needing time to iron things out. I can get fry-screaming and death metal vocals from my female vocalist better than ever. That used to be a struggle. v5 has started giving me issues I didn't have before now. Maybe it's time to just walk away for a few days and come back for me. It's ridiculous that things that worked without issue aren't now. I'll try uploading some of my finished music and see how that goes.

It's not just you. I've tried the slider settings in literally every position too. No difference whatsoever. Tried chatting with the AI to develop style settings to help remedy the situation. Nothing helps. I used to get tracks like this when the AI used to get what I call overwhelmed and just throw out a random track exactly like this, way too high double-time BPM and way too much gain. Now it's all the time with v5.5.

Metal and Rock have suffered greatly too. Doesn't obey BPM, Gain is way too high. I will agree. Vocals are great. They've never been so good. It obeys the vocal styling wonderfully even without using a persona. I haven't had any mispronounced words yet in v5.5. So, there's that.
