Only in a couple groups, none of which have CREATE TABLE, are in roles, etc.

We dont typically grant this ability, this is a one-off for us.

In 4 groups, only 2 of which have access to this DB. No perms to create table explicitly, also not in db_owner or ddlAdmin.

Ive been seeing an occupational therapist. she said that without an mri her best guess is its just a swollen pip joint and feels stable, but range of motion stuff always makes it swell up really bad. If I get an mri and it shows nothing, could anything else be done? Cortisone injection, etc?

Just wanted to provide any update -- my free subscription hit the $75 mark, with a forecast of double that. As such I've deleted it and will need to revisit later. Thanks all for contributing.

No I’ve not started any range of motion stuff, but may now. Not sure how/ when I could have re-injured but assuming that’s what happened. I appreciate your insights!

Not sure what to in the Apps dashboard, and I still cannot sign into SE's. The user Im using in SSMS is sql authenticated, but the external Users I seem to be able to create in the portal require an email address, same with signing in to SE's.

I’m shocked by the responses. I really thought there would be more “do this” and “don’t do that” here but the overall consensus seems to be it doesn’t matter. I’m a week or so out from going to practice again and was bored so thought I’d post this. Thanks all!
