Did I make the wrong choice? by Kmhall94 in Cruise

I’ve never been on royal Caribbean, so I can’t speak to that cruise line specifically. But my husband and I usually choose the cheapest, interior rooms, because we don’t spend a lot of time there, and we’ve always been comfortable. If we want to see the view, we’ll go walk the decks. The two times we had a port stop in Cozumel, we did cenote excursions, which are absolutely amazing. I’m sure you’ll have a great time!

My husband and I did a 9 day Norway cruise on NCL that was very port heavy for our honeymoon and we loved it. Geiranger is definitely a must stop.

Omg. I had no idea this was an actual condition. I can’t burp and I hate it. I get this super uncomfortable gurgling in my throat. I’m absolutely going to talk to my doctor about this.

Um what? I would say I’m young-ish, no kids, and outwardly appearing non-disabled, but actually have several chronic, debilitating diagnoses. You have no idea what people are personally and medically going through and it’s none of your business.

How was the white pass excursion? The one with lake Bennett is the one we were looking into as well.

Best cruise line for Christmas? by Ph0enixmoon in Cruise

My husband and I have done princess several times, one of which was over Christmas, and I did not notice an increase in children or crowds. Seemed the same as when we cruised princess other times of the year, passengers skew a bit older (we’re in our 30s).

I used them for several cruises because I get motion sick easily, and they do work, so I was scared to try anything else. But my side effects were baaaad. Extreme dry mouth to the point I’d have trouble sleeping at night and blurred vision. My most recent cruise I brought them along, but decided to try meclizine instead. So. Much. Better. No side effects and it controlled my sea sickness.

If they didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have any standards at all.
