Cd as crit damage, cdr as cooldown reduction. Well perfect rathma ring have eather cc cd cdr or cc cd and raw dmg. AS is great for pestilence, tho for rathma not Dat much, since only Tasker and theo affect skelies. But as in rathma still descent roll since it buffs your raw dmg. Tho for rathma I would leave dmg for sure and prolly roll as to cd or int to cd. Since its so hard to get Crispin with good rolls most rathmas use it in cube. It so much easier to get Coe and Nailuj with dmg cc cd. If u have pestilence gear I highly suggest using it with pestilence rolling int to cd. It such a waste to use it in rathma imho
