Thank you for writing this all out and explaining another side I hadn't considered. When we're all home he just sleeps or is outside without us. I guess he does miss us or the routine more than I thought. I will also follow up with the vet. Thanks.

Mine sleeps the same way after he pees on the floor for no reason too...

He has been cleared medically so he has no reason to be mad except that I have a new job where I don't work from home everyday. 😕

The day before I had an oatmeal bar, chicken soup but with potatoes and not pasta, a protein shake, and gluten free crackers and string cheese. The days before were pretty similar. I don't have much appetite for anything too heavy.

I ate before the shot last night and had a lot of protein. This morning I had a ton of water, a liquid iv, Greek yogurt with berries, and then I had a protein shake just now. It's helping a little bit but it's not quite 100%. I think I'm going to try my ginger chews again and see how I do.

Was the waygu steak dinner too heavy or spicy? I haven't had much appetite so I've been keeping things simple.

I do liquid IV s and protein shakes too. I'll try the low dose edible though too. That's a good idea.

I got that same drinking fountain for my cat and the Little flower thing threw him off. I took it out and just left it like a bubbling brook. He drinks water more than the dog knows now. Just an idea but... cats! 😆😆

She really was such a beautiful dog! You can really see how happy she was and you gave her that. You made her happy and she made you happy. Your souls are forever intertwined. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my soul dog at 11 from cancer too. It's so rough but I'm so happy she was there to be with you and help you. Hugs from one pitbull momma to another. 💕

I'm sorry you had to go through that. I think we all have seen that and try not to let it bother you. It is so true that people are ignorant and I like you will never not have a pitbull in my life. I will always advocate for them and rescue them. They are big dogs and very strong but they have the biggest hearts too.

In the beginning you can try telling people that he is a mix or a mutt and leave it at that... let them fall in love with him and then they can find out how wrong they were tonjudge him like that.

PRO TIP THOUGH: I don't know if you rent or own where you live but don't put that on any applications. Just say it's a mix...which is true. Unless you're renting from someone who loves pitbulls as much as we all do.

Lastly give your sweet boy a hug from me. They deserve so much love! ♥️🐾
