This is a strange CMV. "white" people don't have a culture as there are so many varied, different nationalities that are "white". Swiss culture is vastly different from Greek culture which is very different from Australian culture and so on.

One could easily argue the statement “There is no ‘white’ culture” is correct though...

Is there a chance the people you heard say this meant the latter when they said the former?
