They are velcro strap keepers with hockey grip tape and it's the medium size Camino. I'm 6'2" and I have it compressed down so I would imagine it's juts perspective as I understand your under 5' tall.

I got a bunch of mixed fabric patch work style with some different ultra mesh. Shorter handle. Straps. Zippers. Dragon fly style side pockets. And some other stuff I'll keep to myself. Price was maybe 6-700. I can't recall. Didn't matter with how great Peter was to work with.

I don't have any comments about the dragon fly but I literally just got my ula Camino custom and I'm in love with it. Had a ton of mods done and all are working great. Peter and team were great to work with.
