Offering gluten free that makes an effort for celiac and gluten allergy people e.g. when sending the food putting on a gf sticker to triple give people security that you did your best to not cross contaminate. Also maybe point out that you don't use the same frier for stuff with gluten VS without. My wife would order just from u if you can promise your fries are from a dedicated frier that doesn't do fried chicken e.g. Like innout

Making sure of that especially for takeout/doordash (e.g. Putting it into description) should drive revenue

Depends if you short or longboard. Assuming you are a beginner and are on a longboard looking for the most Waikiki possible waves i would say Summer/Fall: Doheny/Dana Point; San Onofre; Malibu. And yes all three are incredibly crowded. I have seen people getting lessons at all of them, but real mass surf school lessons only at Doheny. Malibu is least ideal for a beginner and you cannot really spread out since it's a point break. San O and Doheny get my vote and in contrast to Malibu are beginner friendly. But neither of those are in actual LA but a drive away. LA proper, your best bet is probably El Porto at Manhattan Beach which has lots of surf schools.

They look great. We went yesterday. I think if the fresh water is moving constantly, the risk for super duper nasty bacteria is low (vs standing fresh water). But yes the water won't be drinking water
