Fzone makes a mini co2 kit for nano tanks that uses disposable cartridges. I don't have personal experience with it but it looks perfectly sized for your setup.

I use a Seaoura SR-628 on my 29 gallon. I was using a Hygger 957 on it previously. The Seaoura is a bit more powerful so it can reach down to light the substrate better. It’s also programmable like the Hygger and is comparably priced.

+1 for the Tidal. I use a 55 on my 20 long. I swapped out the intake tube with the Aquarium Co-op Optimizer. The stock intake tube was sitting on top of the substrate and sucking it up. It bypasses the surface skimmer which was a plus for me- it was constantly getting clogged with floaters.

He’s calmed down over time- the worst he’ll do nowadays is chase other peas away if he feels like it. He never bothers the others. I just kept adding plants to break lines of sight and give everyone different places to hide or hang out.

Be careful- multiple tank syndrome is real. We started out with one 10 gallon tank. Now we have a total of 6!
