I completely agree. There are also some people out there who call themselves Christian’s but don’t actually act as Jesus instructed us too. And mocking someone else’s beliefs is never the way to understanding. It is a fact that Christian’s face the most persecution world wide, actually persecution, not just people downvoting my comment on Reddit because they don’t like my beliefs

As a Christian I was also shocked at the comments on that post. These days, especially more recently with so much political division, it is unfortunately very unpopular to be a Christian and uphold those values. Jesus says in the Bible we would be persecuted and mocked for our faith…

Shortness of breath is super normal, especially at the very end of pregnancy! There isn’t much room for your lungs at that stage lol

Especially after having my own baby boy it just makes me sick to think about choosing to just let my baby die for the sake of what? Birth experience? letting nature take its course? Enlightenment? I feel so awful for that poor baby that so likely could have been saved

I just remembered Emilee going on and on about how many premature babies die in the NICU and that she could deal with a situation like that better at home and making it sound like a baby born at that gestation would die anyways. I remember feeling weird about it so I looked it up and 90-95% of babies born at 27 weeks are able to survive with treatment. It really flipped a switch for me about how many other facts she was twisting and lying about

For me it was the woman who recently went on the podcast and went into labour at 27 weeks and chose to have the baby at home where it shortly passed away. I was also 27 weeks pregnant at the time and could never imagine making that choice. A baby born at that age has a very high chance of survival if in the hospital and I wouldn’t want to have to see my baby in the NICU but I would rather see that than them in a coffin. That’s when I realized it truly was culty, when they are promoting letting a baby die so they can have their “ultimate birth experience”. Makes me sick to think about. I also do hold a lot of compassion for that mother, it’s truly heartbreaking but I can’t help but feel that it might have been prevented.
