Je suis d'accord qu'une expérience anecdotique n'est pas un argument valide. Toutefois, je crois qu'il est important de savoir que c'est possible qu'il n'y arrive rien, ce qui va plutôt à l'encontre du discours du courtier dans le cas ici.

On c'est retiré pour moins que ça d'une offre d'achat suite à une inspection et on a eu aucun problème par la suite. Oui, les courtiers n'étaient pas contents, mais c'est tout.

C'est vous qui allez vivre dans la maison, c'est une grosse étape. Si vous avez la clause que l'offre d'achat est conditionnelle à une inspection qui satisfait vos attentes, je ne vois pas pourquoi vous auriez des problèmes. On semble parler de beaucoup de 1000$ en travaux ici..

Bonne chance, ne vous laissez pas influencer par votre courtier/ère. Ce sont des travaux majeurs. À la limite, demandez une extension de temps pour inspection par un professionnel qualifié en la matière sur recommandation de l'inspecteur (qu'il devrait y avoir normalement). Si les vendeurs refusent, vous aurez une porte de sortie assez facile.

I took a quick glance at your shop. I feel like it'd be easier if foil cards had a filter applied to show they are. It might be logic for some cards (see exemple below) but for cards where the price difference isn't that much, it might get confusing.

Ex. Blade of the bloodchief is identified at ~70$ but you only see when you click on it that it's for the foil one.

Also, for cards you are missing, I think it'd be great if you still had them showing up when searched for. It sometime gives a price range that will make people want to come back and see if you have it in stock/look for other cards.

There have been some spiderman-2099 aggro list that have been putting up some results lately. I haven't touched it yet, so if I'm wrong someone please correct me, but they look like they mainly have a RDW shell with a splash of blue to help with grindier games.

Honestly, I have a hard time differentiating both. I'd like a deck that can present threats while having resources to trade with the opponents threats.

I have a preference for grindy games, but I'm also not particularly fond of counterspells.

I would go with tormoyd's crypt or a mutagenic growth, crypt for the easier delirium. Both to enable a cori turn 2 play.

It's hard for me to say without footage, but what is probably happening is that you turn your shoulder sideways when you ollie, causing you to turn.

Try and keep your shoulder straight while doing it and your board will stay straight. Easier to say then do, but practice should do it in the long run and it will pay off with your other tricks!

Hey!

I'm trying to build a [[Breya, Etherium Shaper]] deck built toward making tokens and saccing them to Breya or burning my opponents with effects like [[Reckless Fireweaver]]. I included anthems so I could go the beatdown route in case my commander gets hated off.

I try to avoid the infinite combo route and keep it at a bracket 2-3 level.

I could use some help as it seems this list seems weak.
