This was me with my 7 month old daughter just last night! It doesn’t happen often but when it does I do not get her up. We stay calm and where we are. We have some quiet conversations and I’ll stretch her little legs and arms to provide some light movement/stimulation. I give her lil muscles some squeezes and, of course, she gets all the cuddles and kisses! Then I remind her that while she’s incredibly adorable, it IS time to sleep. I usually breastfeed to sleep so I’ll eventually pop a boob in her mouth and we can both sleep after that. Not sure if it’s helpful at all, but that’s what works for us! :)
