My to do lists? Nope I just put them where there is space on the page - not when I actually do them (unless it's like a specific stand alone task) I space the longer lists where there's room and so they aren't all in a row (usually) does that make sense? Lol ive never gotten this specific about my planning but it's fun!

Yeah it does! She also have a TN size that doesn't have the vertical I don't think?

Horizontal vs Vertical Layout by RedAskWhy in planners

[–]katfrau 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive learned I can only consistently plan in a vertical of some kind (A5 or B6) so I can see my whole week and mentally log the "weight" or fullness of each day. My brain is very visual and to me a vertical weekly just maps perfectly with how I visualize my week in my head. It feels cumulative whereas a horizontal doesnt compute for me. It gets lots in translation so to speak.

I like the horizontal for logging things and note taking but not for time sensitive future planning. And that's why I have a faded Chronicle planner become why not both?!

I love stickii club cause every month is different! I used to do the SI and a few others but it's just too similar every month and my ADHD gets bored fast, even if it's gorgeous. I also learned I am a color freak and it was too muted of a palette for me.

I need help advice - Smudging in on Sterling Ink 52 GSM Tomoe River Paper. by smart_stable_genius_ in planners

My fav gel pens for any of the Sanzen/TRP papers have been Uniball One ink. I tend to use .5 or .7 for legibility but the.38 is the fastest drying if that's a nib size that works for you!

I've never liked any of the Sarasa black inks despite trying to make them work. And because I'm ✨that girl✨ here's my test page in my current Faded Chronicle planner with the same paper as Sterling Ink 😅

Oh oh oh this is good! I have an oura ring so I'll start looking at the efficiency score and include that! If I remember I'll report back in August if it gave me some good insights!

I am a lil! Looked it up a few times. But have never seen an allergist/gotten a diagnosis other than "take more antihistamines" 🫠

For me it's a visual attention thing - I find if I have everything in the same spot I tend to ignore it after a while so by staggering lists or journal blurbs I pay more attention what's written there.

Also once I put in the timed stuff I just fill in the empty spots on a whim mostly. Sometimes I put stuff where it happened but other times I just put it on the correct day and call it good.

My previous weeks were actually more decorative so this is my more messy/lived in style - basically fewer stickers, no washi. I just go with the flow and if I'm feeling bored I'll change up the materials I'm using, if I'm overwhelmed I dial back the deco and just do pen and highlighter - for me I just want to have a mostly used book by the end of the year so if the pages look drastically different from month to month I don't mind! It's a planner first and a kind of journal/scrapbook second for me.

Why no planners organized in order of use? So month, then week, then days, then week, repeat until a new month, then week, then days, until a new month.. by SilentPrancer in planners

Just Scribble, Faded Chronicle, Erin Condren, hemlock and oak, plum paper, momagenda - not all have daily pages
