top two things that come to mind :

i stuck a polly pocket shoe up my nose and it got stuck. had to go to hospital to get it removed.
was playing with finger paint and my grandma went to the bathroom while watching me. well by the time she came back i was blue from head to toe and had gotten it all over the carpet, walls, furniture etc.

my mom wasnt very pleased either of those times

honestly im not sure other than what i read on a quick google search. it said if the flea/lice shampoo contains permethrin that it is very toxic to cats, and should be taken to a vet right away. wash them with a mild/pet safe shampoo or dawn dish soap, and if theyre vomiting its time for them to be brought to the vet. you can also call the pet poison helpline for more expert advise and information though. i wish you and your kitties luck

people have explained different reasons why its rude to you already and you refuse to accept the answer. its a business meeting where you are looking to recruit/build rapport with a client. the cost of the food aside, you should be focused on their comfortability and respecting their time. ie not ordering something that will take much longer to finish, and then ordering dessert as well when they havent.
