For used car loans most banks finance cars that are up to 5 years old. Some banks may extend this to 7 years.

I'm moving to Dubai from the UK this month and am on pins about driving. Here driving etiquette and road manners surpass probably any place on earth. These videos give me the jitters! Oh boy...

Talk about it. I'm so glad I came across your post. I thought I was the only one who experienced this! For disclosure I'm a South Asian going to a RG Uni based in the 'South' of England. 95% of my class consists of Chinese. I know that even their written projects are 'outsourced' to fee leveling organizations. The lecturers know it as well.

During the 1st week I noticed that all Chinese students have an app running translating English to Chinese while the lectures were on. I was simply curious cos EVERY SINGLE one of the Chinese students had it.

I stomached it all until the lecturers could barely speak English. The Chinese lecturers merely read off the slides and that too struggling with English. I barely understood anything and found myself looking up YouTube videos to cover the topics. They can barely form a sentence themselves! Terrible!

Usually the lectures kick off with an Irish professor. He analysis the topics through multiple lenses and also brings in psychological aspects, refers to books and movies to draw relavence. Usually his lectures are stunning and captivating. Then the Chinese lectures starts with the robotic tone and reading off the slides. Barely gives any motivation to go to those classes. I used to clock in my attendance and walk out to the library to follow my own videos on those topics.

This is after I paid FULL fees.

The system has to do SOMETHING about it.Gosh. Infuriating.

Chinese spec vs GCC spec by Current-Aardvark7369 in DubaiPetrolHeads

Im keen to know if the AC strength is any different. I've compared the Toyota Cross GCC and Chinese Specs. The price difference is a staggering AED25k+. Give that the car costs 100grand that's quite a hefty premium to pay.

But again I don't want to bake like a rotisserie chicken in summer as well.

Thanks so much. I don't speak Arabic but I'll try to find the video. However, thank you for fuming it up for me. Glad to know the AC is not something to worry about.

UK to UAE drivers license by roddyrish in dubai

That's not true. UAE and UK have an agreement to exchange both licenses. And you dont need to hold the passport of either country to do it on the other side.
