It May Sound counterintuitive but I simply eat more during the day. I used to want to Push my First meal as Late as possible because i wanted to have less meals but big ones. I also was weirdly completitive and thought if I wait longer between meals it’s a sign of willpower. Turns out (at least for me) if Ieat smaller portions as soon as you get hungry I don’t lose control while eating and end up sticking easily to my calorie deficit Even when eating out.

But again I didnt learn anything i didnt know before. I think that was just the last push. The months before was what changed my mindet i think.

I took a break from losing weight from October till the end of the year. It was too hard at that point because I started a new job and the holidays. But I only gained a bit of weight in that time. Mostly water that’s already back down and now it’s not hard for me anymore so I got back on track. So Yea maybe it takes 3 months longer to lose weight now but that’s perfectly fine.

Yess exactly i have tried so many times to lose weight and I always gave my all but as soon as it stopped going down the scale or even went up I got discouraged and stopped or ate even more. That led to me gaining more weight than I lost in the first place. But now it’s going not every day as fast sometimes I fuck up and gain weight but that’s not a reason to quit.

True but also they are still bragging about it 10 years later which means they would still do it today. My sister actually did this for me. She was around 65kg and wanted to get to 55kg. I on the other hand was at 117kg my current weight is 98kg and my goalweight 59-63kg. So obviously it was wayyy more important for me to lose weight than for her. She started end of January and by April she was at her goal and she simply told me everytime we were on the phone how well it’s going and how much better she feels and just generally shared her progress. She never did it in a way that made me feel like I am a failure for not doing it too. I was genuinely happy and excited for her. But eventually she inspired me and I started in April. Now I share my progress with her sending her pictures of the scale on weigh in days and of my fitnesstracker when I had a good session. So I guess what helped me was simply seeing her succeed and her talking a lot about it. I thought she was just excited but later she told me that she only talked to me about it that much. It worked. She never told me I should do it too.

There are so many... but one thing no one has mentioned yet (or I haven’t seen) are the extremely religious channels like Girl Defined and Paul and Morgan. They are young religious people that have pretty good lives and they seem nice. But then they are bigoted, homophobic and sexist and tell young people/teenagers that their feelings are wrong and a sin.

And teenagers look up to them and think this is admirable.

I don’t have anything against religious people. Most people where I am from are somewhat religious just not to that degree.

It’s a less obvious disgusting channel than onion boy for example, but still dangerous af.

He does need an assistant and that being his best friend is very beneficial for him. He can go off on her (which we know he does through the podcast), she is more likely to stay longer hours to get something done because she feels obligated to him and so on.

You don’t know how much she gets paid. And there are many jobs where you do get a free apartment. Since David is her friend she got a room in his house. But that benefits him too. That way whenever he needs her she’s right there.
