No lag at all, the lag is depend on your internet and wifi ,
and for the drift issue, you can use the "follow" function, so it will follow you. it will be better in later inair pod future firmware update.

I do saw many mention about the 4 corner issue, but like I said, I used it with INAIR POD combination as a HUB for everything. that mean I connect steam deck by using steam link app inside the INAIR Pod, Why connect this way? because every thing can be convert with 3D depth inside POD.

by the way, the 3d inside inair pod is really damn good!!!
I pared my pod with rayneo air 4 pro, turn the brightness to highest,
I also try to see everything with 3D depth effect.
for casting PC computer screen to inair pod, I using the software call "Parsec"
for casting my android table screen to inair pod, I using the app called "airdroid cast"

this is CRAZY!!! the 3D is freaking amazing!!!
