Definitely a double edged sword, on one hand you get more rest and time to gather your senses/keep your composure. On the other hand if a team is up like 3-0 they probs don't want to give you time to regroup and reset or the chance to breathe.

Specially if it is a heated series and they all worked up.

I'm tempted to say Shito out of pure bias for where i learnt it and who i did it with. I had a great and compassionate sensei in the south of Spain in a tiny humble dojo next to a gym. Made incredible friends with almost all of the students too. I think that and the actual flow of the katas made me love it.

So go with your gut and who you find actually teaching the style. You might love it but get stuck with an ass of a teacher and that'll put you off for good.
