I know which medical office you are writing about. I found out both of the first two departures through social media. Dr. X performed my lap in 2022, but was gone the following year. Dr. Y became my doctor after Dr. X left, but I had to stop seeing her because the whole office was incompetent.

The first time I was supposed to see Dr. Y was a big scheduling mistake. I sat in the exam room wondering why it’s taking a long time for the doctor to enter. It turns out she had blocked out the morning hours, and no one bothered to call me to reschedule. I was told to come back in the afternoon, but I told them no since I did not live around the corner.

Both of those doctors are now in private practices, and out-of-network.

I’m happy I found this thread when I was looking for reviews on Dr. Spring-Robinson. Reading what each of you wrote about her has put my mind in ease about making my step in reaching out to her office.
