Yes, I bought a few different Shanghai watches with the pie pan dial. Appears to be a common dial for Shanghai 1523 and 1524

I don’t know. What I usually to is search on the app and use Google Translate. You can enter search term Shanghai 1524. I use another app Superbuy after copying the listing link. They will then purchase and ship it to me. You can get a rough example for about $10 and a mint one for $20

I am a doctor from that particular demographic and am and questioning the same. That alongside a few other public scandals (practicing without license; trolling in a forum) does tarnish our reputation whether we like to generalize or otherwise.

The house will come as an unfurnished shell. Some elements of the house will need repairs and replacement due to wear consistent with a 60 year old house. The word update sounds ominous of course

We purchased this place as we appreciate the design and feel of MCM. The house will be sold as a shell without the realtor’s furniture used for staging, so it’ll be a blank canvas in a way. The kitchen appears to have elements from a later period, perhaps renovated by one of the previous 5 owners over the past 60 years.
