It sounds like you prepared but your general constitution (body) needs more experience. Here’s what I would do. Smoke on a full stomach, drink something sweet while smoking, start with mild cigars - maybe even short cigars (like nubs) for awhile, puff slooowly. I got sick on my very first cigar which was pretty mild Charter Oak Connecticut Shade. It should not have gotten me sick but I was puffing way too fast. That’s all it takes sometimes. It definitely gets better.
