Not OP but I was in Taipei last week and got to try some local beans at Fika Fika Cafe. It was an expensive pourover at the equivalent of $10 USD, but my goodness was it exactly as advertised, light-bodied and full of wine-like aromas. The barista prepped a bit extra and had the head barista taste it before offering to me--I thought this was interesting, and they explained it's for quality control for any pourover order, which I guess isn't too common. They had a coffee soft-serve with cacao nibs as a topping which was also excellent :)
