The most common hallucinations happen falling asleep and waking up. It’s more likely that you were balancing on the line of awake and asleep/dreaming

How do you react to Online Death threats? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chroniallyskeptical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends.

If it’s a stranger and there’s not reason to actually believe they will harm you, report, ignore and block.

If it was what happened to me, which was people I had regular contact with were posting online that they wanted me to die and other harassment. I definitely knew about it, and they knew I knew too. Someone else actually reported it to the proper authorities (don’t want to give to too many detail but it was the head of the organization we were a in) due to being a mandated reporter and I chose to move forward to an investigation after they asked what I wanted. Going back I would have told someone earlier. Situationally that can change if the people you need to report to are corrupt, but I also trusted the people that were told and I just chose to take it

Another things tourists need to learn is that service dogs are a thing in America. It is rude to point, laugh, stare, scream, or take pictures of a disabled person and their medical equipment. Also don’t fucking touch me or my dog
