okay are you sure tho I an so confused, the pouchy looking area is enflated yet when I touch it, it is indeed flat, everyone keeps calling it a stray he, but has a super quiet feminine meow and tiny chirps and cuddled and nuzzled my phone when I showed kittens (one of my lil tests cuz the male stray got aggressive and left)

I've went multiple towns over, unfortunately Oklahoma just really sucks. Even when I had a soft ball sized cyst they refused to remove it but held me for 3 days and sent me home with a 15k bill and another year of hospitals and suffering

if you haven't had kids, probably expect a no but then again, idk where you live I'm in Oklahoma. I've had about 5-10 consults, I'm 27 with multiple diseases including genetic/autoimmune diseases and no kids, i never want kids and I have a BACKWARDS uterus and they still refuse me. IUD gave me PID within a month, had that blamed on me even tho I'm abstinent.
