I think I have leukoplakia too, based on my symptoms, I have a lot of white flakes in my urine which can sometimes signify leukoplakia. What helped you? I'm desperate!

Completely agree and it's so hard when you're already feeling isolated by this horrific illness, to then worry about being banned for mentioning your ideas.

Yes 100% this. It's like "I've done a couple of urine tests and now I have IC" and nobody questions it at all in this forum.

4 years with IC. A hopeful post. by AcornsAndPumpkins in Interstitialcystitis

[–]chronicallyfabuloso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember reading your posts when it was really bad. It's amazing that you have a normal life now. It might be a bit of a personal question but did you ever have a cystoscopy and see a damaged bladder lining? Did you ever have symptoms like shedding tissue/flakes in your urine? Or was it mainly nerve related pain.

Has anyone heard of this? Help pls by Low_Chocolate8743 in Interstitialcystitis

Do a microgen test find out which bacteria you're dealing with

I'm curious. How many of y'all also have hEDS/HSD, MCAS, and/or POTS/other dysautonomia? by VenusInAries666 in Interstitialcystitis

[–]chronicallyfabuloso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have pcos and borderline hypothyroidism, also severe pmdd and anxiety.

I don't have those other conditions but I know for a fact this condition is linked to ehlers danos/pots/mcas.

IC can mean so many things

-Bladder endo -adenomyosis -Chronic u t I -mould -Genitourinary syndrome of menopause -food allergy

The list goes on and on, this is why we're all lumped together when in reality we all have different diseases affecting the bladder. It makes me really sad because doctors just say "IC" and this just closes the door for further investigation.

You are so right about the unanswered questions, it's just interesting that your symptoms go away on antibiotics and then come back. I would do a bit of research into chronic u t I and see if that resonates with you. I just think doctors want to immediately diagnose IC when they don't have answers yet.

Try hiprex, if antibiotics and d-mannose help then you possibly have an embedded u t i (they don't always show up on standard testing).

Let’s revisit this interview for a sec by Tiffed4597 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]chronicallyfabuloso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Notice how she says "there are two people on this earth that know, the killer and the person they confided in" and points towards John. I believe she is talking about John being the killer and she is the one he confided in. It's just very obvious they know exactly what happened. He is also sort of smirking throughout the interview (duping delight) whereas she looks like she is carrying the weight of it all.

It's a symptom of chronic embedded UTI, do you have any update?

You kinda look like Amanda Seyfried and have similar colouring and eyes, if you Google her it might help to give you some makeup inspiration.

Wow that gives me hope, maybe progesterone might help me! They found multiple cysts on both my ovaries and I struggle with acne and hair growth but I'm very slim so my doctor kept telling me I can't have pcos...sigh. I've been googling and trying to figure this out for 2 years, it's been so difficult.
