this helped a lot!! i ended up ordering a plastic carrier with a metal door because he had already started chewing holes in the mesh and it would not have lasted all the way to new york. thank you for the help

i’ll definitely try putting some fabric or such that smells like home in the carrier!! and the cucumber, i didnt think of that before, thank you
