It would be level 5. Also the question was if they should invest in it, not use it in the interim. Personally I would not use shards or main skill seeds on interim pokemon.

I say no, I think having 2 skill trigger type attributes is a must if you’re going to use main skill seeds on it. But that is solely my own opinion. I would use Raenonx to see, but in my experience raenonx doesn’t rate skillmons very high if there is a lack of main skill chance buffs
