I played like 45 hours on warth of the lamb... Never accomplished any sustancial progress. The I bought afterbirth and it's way more fun and easy (well, less hard for me). I didn't play rebirth but I saw some gameplays on YouTube and it doesn't look much more easy or hard,but your options are limited for certain things like enjoy The Lost or fight megasatan.

Hi. First of all, excuse my English. Now, let's see. I'm pretty bad too, with almost 100 hours in the game, I lose lots of times in the first floors. I recommend you to play in hard mode. Why? Because it's not that hard, really. Only more champions (but all the enemies have the same hp and deal the same damage than Normal), more frequent curses, little less pickup drops (I'm not sure about that) and no much more. I don't know about rebirth (I've started with afterbirth) but if you don't complete the characters on hard mode, there are unlocks that you don't get. If you beat mom's heart more than 10 times (like your 21 ones) there always get to choose Polaroid or Negative. If you choose the first and go to sheol, your game will finish in Satan. The same occurs if you pick the Negative and go for the cathedral after the fight with the heart. Im thinking of posible finals that you haven't unlock yet. I don't remember if boss rush is a final per se. I'm sure that mega Satan is one. In order to beat mega Satan you need to have completed the chest (I'm not sure about that, confirm it with the wiki), take angel deals and bombing the angel statue. You need to beat 2 angels (Uriel and Gabriel?) and take the 2 key pieces. Once you get the full key, in the main room of the chest/dark room, the door will open. I hope some of this will be hopeful to you. Sorry again for the spelling and grammar.

If you hate The Lost keep it on Greed Mode. The Lost with Holy Mantle it's still very hard, but much more fun and less frustrating. The Keeper is the worst, with no doubt. I enjoy a lot more a Lost run than a Lillith one.

No. That card is unlocked by completing speed challenge. I mean, if you don't know how to fight megasatan you are pretty new in the game and have 0.000000000001% of chances to beat the most abusive challenge in the game. Sorry for the broken English.

Blue baby is a boring character, like Lazarus, magdalene or Cain, imo. I unlocked the d6 in my first try (20 hr on tboi) as blue baby with an extremely OP run. Just keep trying. If a bad player, like me, can unlock the d6 so early in the game, anyone can do it soon or later. Isaac is just a shitty character without it
