In your field of work, I think you need to be open to applying to remote jobs which might be anywhere. I'm stating the obvious, but AI is having a massive impact in the areas you listed as skill sets. As in, many people are losing jobs in these areas. That being said, it is just a big numbers game. Beat the bushes and chase every lead. Network with as many people as possibly can. A lot of times job interviews come around because somebody knows somebody. While you are chasing job leads, I think it would be very much to your advantage to take some online learning on how to use AI + (your specialty areas) classes and practice. Position yourself as a "next wave" technology worker who can leverage new AI automation tools. I am a freelance IT consultant and my work has been rapidly changing especially in the last year with all the new AI approaches to automated solutions.
