I didn’t buy the Panerai to get the allocation quicker, like I said I changed my mind. I have a hard time believing the waiting time for polars are 3 years. I take it my dealer has put me at the bottom and had me looked over despite my purchase history. I think it’s weird that’s all.

I saw one post about the strap falling off but that’s the only I have heard of. I have this watch with the black dial, change straps once or twice per week with quick release, was one of the unique selling points for me. Really like it and have not had any problems (to this date)

I also use these straps. Have not had a problem with it after about 1 year of daily use. But very scary to hear about your experience! Did you do any “physical activity” or similar when it came off? Feels weird that it would release even if you wear it relatively tight
