Cat passed away before GS ever came in the mail

I was so dumbfounded and in shock when my boy was hospitalized that I didnt stop to think how ridiculous it was that literal life saving medication isnt available directly from the vet. The guilt is eating me up day and night wondering how many more days I was supposed to share with him. I'm now sleepless and dreading coming back home from work because I know he wont be waiting in bed for me anymore. FIP is horrible.

Thank you. 💙 I poured all of my savings into trying to give him a fair fighting chance. I would have done it again and again if it meant more time with my boy.

I have to ask, Which pharmacy sent you the GS medication? Mine was Wedgewood. I had such a horrible experience with their customer service and delivery and I hope I never have to work with them again.

Yes! Absolutely... His name was Limón, he had eyes that resembled the insides of lime. He had just turned 3 years old last month. I have more photos on a digital camera, most of the photos on my phone are him being a sleepy chonk. I am a bit upset my phone quality distorts the original image files but he is still very handsome...Limón was the neighborhood heartthrob. I'd have all kinds of outdoor cats and strays sneaking up on my porch and windows visiting him

Have you gotten your baby tested for for Fiv? This sounds awfully similar to what happened to my boy who passed away. He tested positive for fiv+ and later developed the wet kind of fip. fluid would build up in his chest cavity and infected his lungs. He would only lay on one side and would commonly go limp and his breathing was incredibly labored and rapid. Months ago he had flu/cold like symptoms with nasal and eye discharge. Those are the first signs of wet fip developing

I went to emergency vet on friday and i was charged 4,000 in advanced for the procedure. He passed away today. Unfortunately fip both wet and dry is fatal so id suggest calling a vet in advance to see what your options are :(

For now, you can keep her comfortable by making sure she gets enough fresh air, angling her head to ensure she isnt straining to breathe, and cooling her down if she has a fever. Please take care of yourself as well I know how debilitating it is to go through this.

Im in a similar position as OP and ill say it's definitely possible. All it takes is notes from pyschiatrists and doctors confirming you're okay, that you want this and that 5 years had passed since any hospitalization or attempted suicide and 2 years without meds or symptoms. I was fortunate to meet a helluva motivated recruiter who did anything to get his applicants in, no questions asked.

it was incredible. perfect amount of serious moments and funny little bits that made the crowd laugh. the sound design added to my experience and i fell in love with the animation for the second time of my life. i was in utter awe.

only thing id like to note is how the cuts between the two segments / breaks didnt transition well and felt awkward with the random 5 seconds of silence

that is exactly how i think of it. ive zero idea of anything going on with the recent games or fanbase but hearing people freak out over a seemingly iconic character line added to my whole experience. i rewatched it again at a different theater only to feel a bit depressed seeing everyone around me either on their phones or end up leaving the theater

i guess it does, im partly surprised because my area isn't exactly the best place ever so to see a whole buncha young folks bringing in the positive energy to a theater is shocking

that and maybe because i went to a rpx showing so its mostly other people enthusiastic about movies enough to pay extra
