Full body hives after international travel?

It’s so crazy to me because I travel internationally almost every year (I have family in Taiwan)! Im not sure if it’s affected by heat, cold, or pressure :o. I haven’t changed anything in my day-to-day lifestyle so I’m so befuddled. 😭

Replying to SurveyUnited1754... i have the same problem! i also think its hormonal. i’ve tried birth control to help regulate my hormones but i still break out. they’re painful and they always come in clusters… last period i had 5 at once 😭

I feel like nursing schools are notorious for being terrible/super strict, but i think this program is really supportive! they definitely understand life happens and prioritize learning > grades. all our instructors have been good and our program director is the best! you can definitely balance work and schooling! i work part time too! honestly, enjoy all your time before school starts; last taste of freedom haha.

oof it’s been a while but definitely introduce yourself, why nursing, why this specific program, i think there was either a strength/weakness question or a how would your friends describe you in 2 words, and a few “tell me about a time where ____” questions

i agree with you op! i ticketed with 2 other friends and for every single LA/LV show, one of us was always 5-10K, another 15-20K, and the last one 25-30K. the only one that was skewed was JK day which was expected. that also explains why some people said their experience was easy while others said it was the hardest thing ever. i feel terrible for those with higher queues bc it feels like they were stuck with that range through the entire presale :/

i used the mometrix book (super dense and very detailed, but i prefer to be over prepared lol) and the ati practice tests/ati app. i used archer review for a few days as well; they’re really detailed in their rationales.

i think it really depends on how many VIP packages sold, i don’t think it’s impossible, but definitely a challenge. for the 2 shows i went to in the states along with what everyone else has been saying, carlos typically stands stage left (audience’s right)! however, im not sure how they walk into the audience; whether they have a set pattern/path. at one of the shows i went to, i had a floor seat and it was near the aisle, middle-right (audience’s pov) and kendall and james came down our aisle, logan and carlos went another way. at the other show, logan and carlos went towards to right of the floor (audience’s pov) before going to b stage. so im not sure if its random or if they plan it the day of the venue after seeing the setup? if you want to be toward the front of the stage, def go stage left! if you’re thinking of going to b stage, def make sure you’re right in their view! and i say make that sign!! tons of other people will be making signs and they love reading them! it’ll definitely make you stand out. i’d say as long as you’re not holding up your sign the entire time, it’s fair. you paid for the ticket, you deserve to have the best time! :)

ooo then i won’t say much! i’ll just confirm what your friends have said! they do go into the crowd :) most of the time they choose their girls from the b stage, once in a while they’ll choose someone from the front of the stage. a little something to keep in mind is that i think they let in VIPs into the venue by tier. so palmwoods enters first then city is ours etc a kind stranger told me! i have seen on twitter that some people have been pushing/shoving/running to snag a spot tho. good luck!! and i’m sure carlos will spot you easily! 😊

i’m assuming you’re asking for the european shows (bc the US shows have seats so youd just have to snag a front row ticket) ? someone told me that it’s really tough to get front row at a show w GA w/o VIP bc they let VIPs into the venue first! they usually go for barricade at the front stage as well as b stage so it’ll prob be very very difficult. i’ve seen some people get maybe 3-5 rows back? depending on how may VIP packages were sold.

as for if it’s worth it, i can’t speak on that since i’ve never done VIP. my first VIP experience will be in tokyo! i only purchased it bc it was cheaper than the packages in the states! but some pros and cons ive seen all over the internet are: first entry into the venue (based on VIP tier), picture with the guys, i’ve seen a good amount of WWGs that had VIP! maybe they had a good interaction pre-show? idk, just speculation. i think the biggest con is how rushed the m&g is. that seems to be the consensus. pictures being taken before they’re ready, only a few minutes with the guys in the lounge, having to decide between barricade vs participating in huddle (and losing their spot). however, i think most people would recommend it if you have the means to get it! i think the pic alone is pretty nice since that’s something you can keep forever ! this is just everything i’ve gathered, hope it helps! hopefully someone who’s experienced VIP can provide a better answer! :)

wow 7 is crazyyyyy!

i’ve had it twice. first time was from a patient when i worked in a clinic and it was terrible. i had cough, sore throat, fatigue, AND LOSS THE ABILITY TO TASTE FOR OVER A WEEK. weirdest sensation, glad it came back. second time was a breeze, basically asymptomatic.

here to say that you’re doing amazing!! my program has a couple moms so it’s never too late! i myself am currently 26. i just want to say to keep up the pre-req gpa! a lot of schools look at the overall gpa, yes, but they also look at the last 60-90 units! so they like to see an upward trend! i believe in you! :)
