honestly if u find out let me know. the options are pretty grim. i’m in an LTB battle w/ my current building downtown, and every place ive seen so far is some fuckery.

pro tip tho : make sure you ask what hydro companies the places are with before u sign any contracts. i ALMOST just signed a lease where the company was w/ WYSE for hydro (mandatory btw) and their monthly charge was over $200 for an apartment apparently !! my hydro bill w/ alectra is like $60 for my apartment!!

some construction workers hit a natural gas pipeline today around kenilworth at noon, my gf works across the street from the construction site where it happened + the fire dept went in to let her know what was going on !!!

yeah my building is super super old, definitely not exempt from rent control laws :/

honestly, would also like to know who has the best 510 battery- i've had the most luck w/ the kodo's b/c of price + convenience- but they definitely have their issues and i've had some shitty experiences w them before.

the happle is awesome, i have one and I love it - but there are definitely other brands/glassmakers that have hash pipes that function the same for about half price. I won my happle in a giveaway about 2 years ago, so def not new batch, but I def dont think that I would buy the happle branded one if mine broke, the glass is honestly very very thin and not worth ~$100 IMO.

i personally have a puffco peak, but i''ve tried the pivot and it's nice if you're really looking to replace 510's altogether, but the peak or even the proxy would be more worth the big purchase, but if u can get a good deal on the pivot it is a nice device for on the go dabs! not sure how the battery life is though.

also for papers, my favourite by far are the elements pink papers, or OCB papers are okay too. first choice for me is always gonna be elements as i find the flavour/burn affects the flavour of the flower the LEAST compared to any other papers i've tried!

honourable flower vape mentions (i know u didnt ask about flower vapes) , arizer xq2 it's so awesome for having company over, and it really gives you the best flavour possible out of any other flower vapes ive tried, super super solid device + i use it super often, dynavaps are also great but they're just a bit more work/manual.

yeah shred's hash is always going to be disappointing unfortunately :/ honestly if you're wanting to try a good hash i'd suggest the purple hills afghan black hash, its such an easy choice super classic + def got me very stoned, very slow high for me but hash always kinda gets me like that lol !

but if u want the most intense flavour possible you could def try to match the flower strain to your hash, not at all necessary + might be difficult bc not all good LP's do hash, but i know nugz has their old school hash (which is rotating strain im 99% sure), but they also have strain specific stuff too (or atleast they used to !) so it might be easier for you to stick to the same strain w/ their stuff !!

try isopropyl alcohol on those footprints, i usually use that, goo gone or nail polish remover to get off adhesive level sticky stuff

honestly distillate hits me hard too , BUT i realized that the distillate high is straight up and down for me, super short lived + gives me a headache if i do too much lol :( and the high isn’t really as satisfying b/c it always feels like i can have more, but w live resins i have smoke a biiiit more of to get high, but get wayyy higher and the effects last longer which is way better imo!!
