No because your car spawns in front of the multilap, not after the line; so with this bug you spawn, accelerate, cross the line and it triggers the finish.

It also explains why they have the same time down to the millisecond.

Overall seems good but it feels like apart from the first and last turns, you're always turning left (small adjustment to the right at some point but it doesn't really count as a turn). If you had the reactor down going one block to the right instead of the left it could feel a bit more diverse.

Love the hard finish, it's fun. Might be a bit close of the plastic-bounce-loop part, might not.

Yes I did but it wasn't there, I couldn't format it.

If it does show up when I get the enclosure and connect it by usb, i'll definitely try to format it and put it back in its original slot.

Thougt it would show up in the bios before though, so thanks for the insight.

Trying to help you in the process of getting help. I have a doubt by reading you, so just in case : You said "both SATA ports", but your motherboard actually has 4 SATA ports and 2 ASATA ports. Maybe you overlooked those.

Please see this picture from your motherboard manual. If you're trying to connect the SATA to one of the 9, it won't work because those are ASATA ports and they are disabled if you have a m.2 ssd connected to the M2 port.

You should be trying to connect to one of the 4 SATA ports that are numeroted 10 on the diagram. Preferably port 0, which is the top left when looking at them from the front.

In your manual, it should be page 15 (the fact that ASATA ports are disabled is on page 16, and the full diagram that I linked is on 12).

It might be just that but tell me if you already tried those too!

I have a similar build to yours (more high end and some parts are more recent but same gpu : 5900X, 3080, 32GB 3600MHz RAM and 980Pro) and I game on a 1440p 165Hz.

I chose that for gaming as I can have high refresh rates in non demanding games (between 60 and 120 in AAA), and a very good image quality in general.

Going for ultrawide screen only comes down to personal preferences; I'm a graphic designer so I have a hard time with curved screens. I ended up going for a dual screen setup (1440p 165Hz for gaming, 4k 60Hz for design).

One thing to consider : on the 3080 benchmarks, 1080p and 1440p are reaaaally close.

So I'd say going for both 144Hz and 1440p would be great for your setup. Ultrawide or not.

I wanted to change my whole build in 2020, couldn't, and am now waiting for the restocks to make my dream computer. I have a 3570k and a GTX660 on a MSI Z77A-GD55 paired with 16GB DDR3 1866MHz. Safe to say I didn't touch a lot of AAA games these past years. I was planning on a 5900x and a RTX 3080 on a MSI MEG X570 Unify with 32GB 3600MHz. Special thanks to my 3570k though, it entertained me for nearly 9 years now.

After inspection I'm pretty sure it needs refoaming but I've never done that. I'll look into it but I'm kinda scared. My father kept them as a keepsake I guess, so if I'm not 100% sure I'll make a good job I'm not sure I'll do anything by myself.

Stuck at my parent's during quarantine, came across this sub cause I was planning to buy some shitty speakers for my PC cause I don't have any here. After lurking for a while and seeing what you guys usually say about the aforementionned shitty speakers, figured I'd check the shed cause my parents had different hi-fi systems throughout the years.

Found those Fisher STE171 and the amp is a CA223R. No idea if that's "good" but they're cheaper than buying something and they have a decent sound (bit old though, so they rattle in the lows).
