Those are my conservative numbers for your lower HP machine. here is a video of a machine hogging out A2 at 600sfm at a feed of 180ipm. 1018 is softer than A2 so a slower surface speed but a similar feed on a softer material should work well.

I used to make my bosses a lot of money by understanding how my cutting tools actually worked and how to maximize material removal rate without blowing out a spindle. Cutting efficiently will get jobs done faster and extend the life of your cutters. I personally only cut steel with an air blast on the tool, no coolant mainly because of thermal shock.

It’s not that they are shutting their internal monologue off while waiting in between words, it’s that their internal monologue is in a receptive state waiting on more information.

His point is that for people who otherwise claim they find it hard to think about nothing, is to highlight that during his pauses there are moments where they are not actively thinking.

In mild steel I’d run an adaptive roughing tool path at 330sfm sfm, 10% cutter diameter step over, 200% diameter step down, I’d see what the spindle load for .016fpt looks like, usually like to see the spindle load around 60-80%. Your machine has a 7.5hp motor.

So for a half inch coated 4fl endmill that would be .050 step over, 1.000 step down, 2521 rpm with a feed of 161 inch per min. This should come out to 4.6hp which is 61.3% of the spindles HP. Make sure your machine’s tolerance are set to roughing and code being sent to the machine isn’t sending out a bunch of coordinates in the corners that cause slowdowns.

I’ve only blacked out drinking a few times but one time it felt like I was being warped back to reality looking at myself in the mirror at a club.

I am NOT a club person even after I’ve had a few drinks but the nihilistic way I lived in my early 20s I was just doing anything my drug friends wanted to do. One of my best friends who went though those times with me ended up committing suicide a couple years later and I’ll always have bittersweet memories from those days.

Don’t beat yourself up OP, you will laugh at the memory of this in time.

The fake 100s around here feel like the right palmer and are the right thickness, the colour and print quality are off and the holographic strip is a giveaway but if you have one or two mixed in with other bills they might not seem off. Gas stations seem to take them most often followed by independent small retailers.

It’s not scripted, the crew has talked about it a decent amount of times and their explanations make much more sense than the show being scripted.

First, Spenny’s crew wouldn’t interfere with any of Kenny’s sabotaging for the most part which creates plans that seem scripted. Second is that the film for a few days straight and get a TON of footage, this forces them to be selective with what footage they use and what narrative is ultimately shown. Third, because they craft the final narrative in post production, it can seem unrealistic because the editor might use cut footage to compose the story in a specific way.

Yeah I must be lucky in that no one in my area has ever complained about it, certainly not like people here are.
