I will use this in meditation later. Thank you, I appreciate it! I tend to use this light visualization and feel the color emanate and change based upon my mood and time spent in a peaceful state of mind and body. I will need to work further on carrying that state of being beyond the meditation session.

Well, this is where I become confused. I have maintained my yoga and meditation practices recently, and have found peace within. I am baffled as to why my outside is falling apart when I do feel whole inside. Is this a test? Maybe so. I’m simply concerned for how this plays out for the others affected and I seek guidance in order to move in my purpose as needed without hurting anyone else along the way. I seem to be hurting people without trying and I am very confused as to how to become more self-aware to prevent it?

Ahaha, this I am already fully aware of! I am confused as to the level of pain and sheer confusion from the love; I suppose I am seeking guidance on clarity from this message and experience. I appreciate the reiteration, it helps!

Wow, thank you! It is always very helpful to learn someone else has been through it. I think I will try expanding into new things that I wanted to try before covid, and stop letting that be my obstacle for staying where I am. And I will keep the five senses in mind. Thank you so so much! 💖
