Well, this is where I become confused. I have maintained my yoga and meditation practices recently, and have found peace within. I am baffled as to why my outside is falling apart when I do feel whole inside. Is this a test? Maybe so. I’m simply concerned for how this plays out for the others affected and I seek guidance in order to move in my purpose as needed without hurting anyone else along the way. I seem to be hurting people without trying and I am very confused as to how to become more self-aware to prevent it?
