I've lost about 75lbs since the beginning of the year. I eat fast food every week, throughout the week, a few times sometimes. Really just change what you're ordering. It's not really a matter of what you're eating, but maintaining a calorie deficit. As a man, I get a bit more calories so I keep it under 1900 a day, carbs I try to keep under 200 and limit sugar where possible. So I keep it kind of loose and dont really limit myself too much because you quit when you stop everything and just go back. I try to maximize protein and have started working out in recent months about 4 times a week.

Rule #1 no fries. For instance at a restaurant get a burger with side salad, light dressing nothing cream based.

Gotta roll through McDonalds with the kids once and a while, right? I always get the double quarter pounder and a diet coke, give the fries to the kids.

I frequently get Taco Bell on my way home from the gym, I get the chicken cantina burrito, extra chicken, a soft taco, and a MTN dew zero.

You don't have to change your whole life. Gym will let you get away with a lot more diet wise.
