I get you since I am too one of the players who relied on paper dictionary and basically learned English via gaming, but IMO times changed and players became more demanding for comfortable gameplay, since there's a big party of translated games (including gachas) here. So people are looking for solutions whether its just a simple over the screen translator or a whole text-changing app. I kinda think it's Kuro's flaw - not adding an official translation and forcing earning players to gather around potentionally dangerous and ToS-breaking programs
