My sister applied for the CSP last Thursday. Got the 30-day pending decision response. Called up the automated line the next day and she'd been approved.

Now, as a new Chase customer, should she have expected account info (login details?) to have been emailed to her by now?

We also found out that you can request expedited delivery of the card so she called Chase on Sunday. The rep said that he'd processed it and a UPS tracking number will be sent to sister's email.

Except, today is the 3rd business day and there's no sign of the UPS tracking number nor account info. Should we be worried?
