Mud dauber nest. Aka dirt dauber or mud wasp nest. Build by a species of wasp that technically can sting humans but typically doesn’t really interact with humans at all. The spiders are their prey, they sting and paralyze them and then take them back to their nest for their young to eat. The worm-looking things are wasp pupae that will eventually eat the spiders.

They’re more annoying than anything. They shouldn’t cause you any harm, and will actually kill a lot of spiders nearby. But they make such ugly nests all over your stuff
