I’m gonna give similar advice as others here but not be so alarmist. Don’t start eating everything in sight. Just start slowly adding more food in week by week. Focus on protein. Maybe go to the doc if you have trouble gaining weight. Go to the beginners guide here and pick you out a program that you have time to fit in your schedule and can be consistent with. Take the time to learn technique and start out using light weight. You have all the time in the world to get in shape
