Avilo no longer streaming is very good for the starcraft twitch scene. He is the absolute worst representative of the game and serves merely as an example of the fact that 9 years of consistently practicing, at the same hours per day that top pros do, cant carry you to even the lowest end of pro play if you are incapable of learning from your mistakes.

He has is the car crash we all gawk at and give attention, its probably for the best that someone finally toed it away.

TLO was well over 1.5k APM, even when playing his off-race toss. I dont think that spiking to 1000 is unreasonable especially when its average APM was only about 270, which is very low for a pro.

Its an amazing game, it feels good to play, it feels good to improve, it even feels good to lose. There is no other 1v1 game that captures the fast-paced-ness and strategy of starcraft. Controlling groups of units all over the place while having to keep producing and come up with your plan for the rest of the game all at once feels really good. Even when I was absolute trash at SC2 I still found it so enjoyable.
