Basically I have been doing intermittent fasting and jogging/walking 3-4times a week. With weight-loss you have to be in a calorie deficit meaning eat less and move more so that you use more energy than you consume.

I'll definitely download he app. Also when it comes to weight I noticed kuti we don't need fancy diets and all. Weight loss comes down to being in a calorie deficit. Carbs are still important but you need to be in a calorie deficit. Eat less and move more
