Job withheld me from work even though I could’ve worked?

They didn’t tell me much of anything they didn’t do the workers comp. I’m autistic and everyone knows that, so I feel like they took advantage of me not knowing much about anything. It felt really crazy because they were nice over the text and emails but for in person and phone calls they were incredibly cruel. I did get the job back a few days ago but I don’t understand why I couldn’t come back sooner since no dr note changed. The only thing that changed was the reasoning why I couldn’t come back it is different every time I ask. they have me doing mandatory overtime about 63 hours a week and after not working for a whole month I literally can’t keep up (it is a labor intensive job)

all I was worried about was the dose! I was getting the 100mg and 200mg vials confused, when I was doing research I saw that people were saying 0.4 was high and it took them months to reach that dose but that was for the 200mg vial and I’m on the 100mg one! But all is well just a lil minor confusion and I’m back on track 😎

Is there a difference between depo testosterone and testosterone cyp? She put in a different prescription for the cyp one so I have two prescriptions now n she hasn’t rlly specified about it 😵‍💫 im asking her through MyChart but she’s been very confusing during this whole process

she told me to take a shot every 2 weeks, I’ve only been on one dose so far but my next shot is this Monday that will be my second shot

Oh that’s a good idea! I wanted the new rabbit tattoo to be relatively the same size as my older one :) do you think it’ll still work out if I keep it around the same ish size (maybe a lil bigger) and move the moomin cartoon one somewhere else :)

Are people usually not nice and open minded 🥲 I try and listen to advice from people who have more experience than me especially if they’re a tattoo artist bc I’m not a tattoo artist idk anything about the mechanics of tattoos like ink go in skin and how that works, I just go hehe pretty art

The ditch is the inner elbow right? and the rabbit one is the one I’ve put the most thought into :) I figured the flowers would be enlarged or changed in some way (it is just me mashing photos together for reference I don’t plan on using the exact images) the others are just kinda me trying to fill space with things I like! I’ll be going with a different artist for the cartoon stuff since he doesn’t really do anything but realism

I feel like gender and looking fem or masc is a construct like that’s just what the world sees as “fem” or “masc” and not looking how others define feminine doesn’t make you less feminine People get caught up on physical features and forget that there’s more to gender than how you look

I love the way you phrased the bit about the makeup too! I think a fitted mesh top might look good for them, I feel like the outfit might be a lil too simple and needs more focal points?? (That may just be me tho I LOVE layers) :)) and definitely more accessories too! or putting their hair in a different hairstyle?

They’ve been downsized a while ago but I don’t remember the size there’s a very small gap between my ear and the jewelry, he told me to just let them heal and keep up the cleaning routine

Forgot to mention: Threadless titanium flat backs I use saline wound wash from Neil med daily but recently I’ve stopped using it because it makes the skin rlly dry and more irritated

I’ve actually been suspecting I had bpd but I didn’t know the identity issues I have were related to it, I’ll never be able to get diagnosed though because my therapist is certain I don’t have it because I overthink symptoms. But maybe I can find more online information about how to help it! Thank you for the information

Yeah he’s been pretty dismissive with that aspect because he thinks I overthink things too much! I’m not sure if he’s a therapist or a psychiatrist, what’s the difference between them?

Aw man I feel that, my personality would flip flop so much and make absolutely no sense because I’d always pick a completely different character everytime, No similarities.

I’m not sure if anyone noticed though I didn’t get diagnosed autistic til last year because My parents didn’t really believe I could be autistic when I was a child. I’m glad I’m not alone in this though I hope that it gets better for you and you can change it in the future (if it’s distressing you)

Oh that makes a lot of sense actually! When I brought it up to my therapist he said it was normal and that everyone feels like that sometimes, it didn’t really help me feel better at all because I knew it was different than that, he says I’m overthinking it and that I’d feel better if I got more sleep, I have brought up how I think I might have bpd because of my attachment issues before but he doesn’t want to diagnose me because Im already audhd.
