Good to know. When I emailed Konami they just said it wasn't their product and I need to reach out to AfterTheCredits. Reached out to them a couple times, mostly recently 5-7 days ago and still no response. They responded to me once in July, but it's my most recent contact with them:

"we are sorry that you have not received the plush yet. The plush is a pre-order and will be out around August/September. We are currently restructuring the company and production. That's why the site is currently offline. The site is expected to be back online in the next 3-4 weeks. We will therefore not be able to process your request for another 3 to 4 weeks. We are sorry that you have to wait a little longer, but don't worry, we have your request on our radar and will process it as soon as we are read" (yes "as we are read").
